Leadership 1.0

Leadership 1.0 is an engaging, practical workshop designed to help individuals understand leadership as a daily practice—not a title. The session emphasizes that leadership happens at every level and is expressed through influence, relationships, decision-making, and care for others.

Participants will explore core leadership principles, reflect on personal leadership experiences, and learn practical tools they can immediately apply in their current roles. Through discussion, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection, the workshop connects leadership behaviors to trust, culture, and team effectiveness.

Participants Will:

  • Explore modern leadership beyond position or authority
  • Understand the difference between leadership and management
  • Identify leadership styles and when to use them
  • Practice tools such as feedback, delegation, goal-setting, and 1:1 conversations
  • Examine how leadership shapes culture, engagement, and results

Leadership 1.0 is ideal for emerging leaders, experienced professionals, and teams seeking to strengthen leadership capacity, collaboration, and organizational culture at every level.

This is an in-person workshop in St. Louis.

About the Presenter

Dr. Jaison K.D. McCall is a leadership strategist and executive facilitator known for helping organizations align purpose, performance, and culture when the stakes are high.

With executive leadership experience spanning complex healthcare systems, mission-driven nonprofits, and academia, Dr. McCall brings uncommon range and authority to every engagement. He has led within large institutions, build culture in mission-centered environments, and formed leaders in the classroom - giving him a rare ability to move seamlessly between vision, systems strategy, and culture execution.

Academically formed in leadership, theology, and organizational strategy, and serving as a professor and executive facilitator, he operates at the intersection of mission, operational excellence, and human formation. He does not simply speak about leadership - he builds leaders capable of carrying weight, shaping culture, and sustaining performance.
