Spectrum 2022: Live and In-Person is a premiere conference for nonprofit marketing and communications. From marketing to development to professional growth, this day-long event features two high-energy keynote sessions, four hours of high-value breakout sessions, and lots of networking.

As nonprofits and for-profit organizations focus on creating a diverse workplace, they often struggle with including this “diverse” population into their organization. The same challenge takes place when attempting to deliver your mission to a diverse population. In this session participants will discuss and explore challenges of delivering your mission in a diverse undergraduate classroom in The Netherlands. We will also discuss various methods and providing take-a-ways to assist individual participants when faced with inclusion challenges.

All are welcome to this session, which will dive into what a search consultant is seeing on the hiring front. Kari McAvoy has led 40 nonprofit searches in the last six years. There have been big changes in the hiring process. She has thoughts and is excited to share them.
